Other staff helped maintain the cleanliness of the drink area which can be a challenge during lunch time. Overall this was a great experience!

Their chicken is very tender and cooked to order at this location. The service behind the counter is unlike any other fast food place I've ever been to; they are polite and helpful as they assisted me when I was ordering for my large family. Dining inside is the way to go if you have the time. The atmosphere around the holidays is amazing. The decorations, lights, and music really provides a dine in experience better than the other locations around this one.

She smiled and welcomed me in when I walked through the door and when placing my order she read it back to make sure everything was correct. She made this experience with Zaxbys my best yet. I'll come back to this location especially if she's there.

She worked with an awesome smile. However I could not help but notice the lady in the back uniformed as a manger who looked like this was the last place she wanted to be. She even threatened to write up the employees who didn’t promote surveys. Very unprofessional to say in front of the customers providing the surveys.
