Arrived to doors locked and was forced to go through the drive through, which always has a giant line at the hour I went. Order was correct, wait time was quite long. At the drive through window they explainedthat they have staffing shortage problems. Just wish it hadn't given me the option for in-store pickup if it wasn't possible todo.

When I arrived, I discovered that the doors were locked and had to go back through the drive through lane to pick up my food. It's clear the workers are understaffed, and I feel sorry for them. The management needs to improve. Overall, the service was slow, the food was mediocre, and the atmosphere was lacking. Service: 1 Food: 3 Atmosphere: 1.
