I'm not the biggest fan of Taco Bell, but my children and husband love it lol. I like the Taco Bell in Smithfield bc the employees are generally friendly. And you can get in and out quickly.

Put in an online order for in-store pickup. Arrived to doors locked and was forced to go through the drive through, which always has a giant line at the hour I went. Order was correct, wait time was quite long. At the drive through window they explainedthat they have staffing shortage problems. Just wish it hadn't given me the option for in-store pickup if it wasn't possible todo.

This Taco Bell is incredibly slow. I placed a mobile order for in-store pick up because the drive through line was very long. When I arrived, I discovered that the doors were locked and had to go back through the drive through lane to pick up my food. It's clear the workers are understaffed, and I feel sorry for them. The management needs to improve. Overall, the service was slow, the food was mediocre, and the atmosphere was lacking. Service: 1 Food: 3 Atmosphere: 1.

The woman who has been taking orders in the drive thru doesn't listen. Today is the 4th time she has gotten my order wrong. She also did the orders in front and back of me wrong too.
