My husband and I decided to visit this McDonald's late one night after confirming their hours on both Google and the McDonald's app. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, we were greeted and asked for our app code. We needed a moment to access the app, and after we indicated that we were ready, we received no response. We waited for about 10 minutes, repeatedly letting them know we were ready, until finally, an employee came out of the side door and shouted that they were closed. We were really confused, as we had been greeted without any warning about their closing time. If we had known they were about to shut down, we would have simply left. It was frustrating to take the time to open the app's rewards program only to find out they had closed abruptly. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Finally, after about five minutes, a woman approached me and asked what I was waiting for. I explained the situation, and she informed me that I hadn't paid yet. At that point, none of the employees were near the registers or helping anyone at the kiosks. I'm seriously considering telling my friends that if they can't improve customer service, it might be better to eat elsewhere. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to walk into a fast-food place and get our order; I'd rather go to a sit-down restaurant. Honestly, they should change the name to "Slow Food" run by inconsiderate, lazy employees.

I ordered a double quarter pounder Deluxe that had none of the toppings was supposed to be on. It only had mustard and pickles. The bun was mushy like it had been sitting there for a long time. My parents had ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches and those were burnt and like they have been sitting all day. The fries were cold. We were ignored in order to get ketchup. I had to order it at the kiosk before anyone would respond. It's one of the poorest services I have ever been in and I will never be back.

The most professional staff I've ever met at a McDonald's. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly.

Didn't get the front host name But, he went beyond the service. Helpful and professional my granddaughter was very impressed. She wanted to call her dad so he would hire him for his business.
