We were there for almost two hours, and our assigned waitress never bothered to welcome us or take our order. We had to ask Dominique for assistance, and she notified our waitress (who still hadn't arrived). Fortunately, Dominique stepped in to take care of us. If you visit Ruby Tuesday's in Smithfield, make sure to ask for Dominique!

We also had the mushroom Swiss burger, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. The menu is extensive, and everything looks tempting. However, the drink prices are excessively high—$9 for a glass of wine and $5 for a bottle of beer. There's no need to set the prices so high to be successful.
