They even dropped menus off at the Courthouse advertising they open at 11. No one ever answers the phone and the allegedly accept door dash starting at 12 but both times my order was either canceled or just wasn’t ever confirmed. I love downtown Smithfield but this place needs to decide what hours they’re open and whether they serve take out lunch or not. Really upsetting it looks like a great place hope they can figure out the orders soon.

My order was suppos... read more I placed an order thru grubhub for curbside pick up because I have an infant daughter and thought it would be easier than taking her inside. My order was supposed to be ready between 12:50-1 when I arrived the doors were locked and no one was answering the phone. My account was charged and I received the confirmation. I called again and still the same thing. So I messaged on google and they replied they should be open and they would check to see what was going on. I waited an additional 20 minutes and never received a reply. It was a waste of money and not very professional. Now I’ll be waiting on a credit card dispute to get my money back. The food looked like it would have been good but do to the experience I had I have to give this place a 1 star.
