It was absolutely unacceptable to wait an hou... read more I wouldn't even give the KFC location in Simcoe a single star if I had that option. They truly deserve zero stars. It was absolutely unacceptable to wait an hour for just three chicken tenders and a four-piece combo. While it's not the employees' fault that they're understaffed, management really needs to step in and provide support. The staff could have better attitudes, but I wouldn't be happy either if I were working long hours under such circumstances.

Many of the servings contain primarily bread and grease, with very little actual meat. The bread was soggy and lacked the flavor it once had. The only standout item in the meal was the coleslaw, which was delicious. On the bright side, the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick, so I’ll give it an extra star for those reasons.
