Many of the servings contain primarily bread and grease, with very little actual meat. The bread was soggy and lacked the flavor it once had. The only standout item in the meal was the coleslaw, which was delicious. On the bright side, the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick, so I’ll give it an extra star for those reasons.

When I confirmed, she handed me a handful of pepper in an annoyed manner. It felt very immature and unprofessional.

The employee, Alyssa, was dismissive and even tossed our food at us without inquiring if we needed anything. When we asked for ketchup, she simply threw it into the bag. Despite paying for extra chicken, it was missing from our order. When I approached her for forks, she responded with a condescending "Do you need something?" If you're going to hire staff, please ensure they are friendly and attentive rather than rude like Alyssa.

The staff seemed completely uninterested in the customers waiting to place their orders, and they were slow and disorganized. When I asked a server to repeat herself because she was speaking too quietly, she became quite rude. After finally getting my food, I returned home where my kids were eagerly waiting for dinner, only to discover that half of our order was missing! Additionally, the chicken pieces were disappointingly small—there were supposed to be 8, but it looked more like 4, and 2 of those were mostly skin and breading. When I called to report the missing items, the staff was unhelpful and suggested I simply drive back to collect them, despite the fact that I live over 20 minutes away and had just picked up the food on my way home from work. I absolutely do not recommend this location to anyone; it tarnishes the KFC name when all of our previous visits to other locations have been great.
