On Sunday, August 14, 2022, the service we received was extremely disappointing. As a family of five, we walked in ready to enjoy our meal, but the employee's attitude was unbearable. When we mentioned our order of five sandwiches, she rolled her eyes and sighed, exclaiming, "Ugh, that's a lot, and I'm here by myself." I would strongly advise against visiting this Subway location. They seem to have a constant influx of new employees, and the manager, Robert, does not dedicate enough time to properly train them. I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl through the Subway App, and when I got home, I discovered that it was missing the chicken. I called the store and spoke with someone named Allen, who simply apologized and asked me to return with the bowl so he could add the chicken. This is extremely unprofessional, especially since I live 20 minutes away. He should have offered me a new bowl instead. I plan to report this incident to corporate.

The service is friendly, and the food is consistently fresh, made quickly, and exactly as requested. The restaurant is also very clean inside.

On Sunday, August 14, 2022, our experience at Subway was very disappointing. As a family of five, we came in eager to enjoy our meal, but the employee’s attitude was unpleasant. When we placed our order for five sandwiches, she rolled her eyes and sighed, saying, "Ugh, that’s a lot, and I’m here by myself." Feeling unwelcome, we decided to leave rather than spend money where the staff seem irritated. If I were the manager, I would address her behavior immediately through customer service training or consider letting her go. This visit revealed issues such as poor attitude toward customers, lost business, inadequate service, unprofessionalism, and general rudeness. I hope they find better staff in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Subway, all thanks to Ms. Lisa! She was extremely helpful when my mom was uncertain about what to choose, offering fantastic menu recommendations. We shared some laughs as well, and her warm attitude combined with prompt service made our visit truly enjoyable.
