Mashed potatoes and gravy were warm and tasted good. Our wait time was short. Staff were dressed well, polite and greeted us withfriendly smile.

Waited 30 min in line so I asked what the problem was and was told I did not wait 20 mon and almost wouldn't give me my food. Then when I got home my older wasn't even right. Tiesha Williams was the smart one.

It seems like there might be a staffing issue... read more The girl who processed my payment brought the food to all three cars at once, but her professionalism was lacking. It seems like there might be a staffing issue. Additionally, the girl handling the food had incredibly dirty fingernails, which made me hesitant to eat and almost drove off. Thankfully, I noticed the manager was cooking with gloves on, so I felt a bit better. I’ll probably revisit and update this review, but it seems I might need to specifically order my food extra crispy to ensure the breading is cooked properly. I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but my expectations for a basic fast food experience were not met.

The restaurant has recently been remodeled, and the inside is both clean and inviting. One of the unique features is a light fixture designed to look like a glass KFC bucket, and there's a table with a decorative plate design on it. Overall, it’s a lovely place to enjoy a meal!
