No customer service ! when I called back to let the manager know my order was wrong all she could do is say she didn't put it together/ when I ask for a corporate number she didn't know it. Ordered 16 piece family meal.when I got home I had all white meat instead of what actually goes in there. Third time I've visited this location and got the wrong order. Won't happen again. Got food immediately after handing them the money. Food was freshly hot.

They claimed they didn't have a single piece of chicken left! How can it be Kentucky Fried Chicken if they're out of chicken?

Took forever to get my food, ordered it through the app. Got there and was told it didn't come up until I asked about it. Told me it would be 16 minutes and had to wait an hour then had to ask if it was done. Got home and they forgot to put one of my products in my bag and had to drive back and get it.
