elizabeth has to be brought to the manager or something if she doesn't already do it! I've never been to a food restaurant and the customer service was like her. she urged her sales very pleasantly agreeing was nice and did it all with a smile. she did not ask for a review that I had to come here and had to keep her personal good work. What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I'm here now ordered 2 supersonic jalapeño double cheeseburger, 2 big fries a large banna shake no whip cream on top good effortless to say the big cup ain't full, and I've been asking for a spoon and bigger stroh I still wait! and it's like fresh shake should be, it's like liquid no shake. the burgers and riders are great. but if I order a shake, I don't order a melted shake. see photos. Dipped for drinks. cherry limeade really helps to beat the heat and thirst!
Sonic ice is the only reason I ever go to sonic and I got drinks with regular ice. attach it or give it a head to people before they waste their money.
Not sure what's up with the Drive thur night crew on Thursdays. I don't think you can make this up. Just when you think it's a coincidence you realize it can't be. 3 simply Combo Board orders, nothing fancy, added or minus. What you see is what we ask for ...but nooooo it's not even a mixed order. It's an order from hell...like how, why even who's...I'm go to stop right here and just let this part marinate...It'll be another year and hopefully a different crew by then before I return. I'm soooo disappointed with the repeated multiple mistakes...By the way, I also genuinely generously Tip!
Silsbee sonic is the worst. Ordered ahead and sat there for 30 minutes never got our order. Pushed button sat there 15 minutes no one answered so left with out getting any of our order. Highly recommend NOT going to Silsbee sonic.
I?ll keep coming back because the taste is mostly consistent. Getting your complete order or the right order is never consistent. Sometimes it?s fun when eating here because you never really know what your gonna get. I eat here about once a week and I really don?t remember a time lately that my order was all correct. Last go the tomato was missing from the BLT. 2 weeks ago the bacon was missing from the ultimate meat burrito. But, the food tastes fine so?.
