If y?all don?t bring back the normal sonic ice I?m gonna cry. ???? Sonic ice is the only reason I ever go to sonic and I?ve been getting drinks with regular ice. Fix it or at least give people a heads up before they waste their money.
Not sure what's up with the Drive thur night crew on Thursdays. I don't think you can make this up. Just when you think it's a coincidence you realize it can't be. 3 simply Combo Board orders, nothing fancy, added or minus. What you see is what we ask for...but nooooo it's not even a mixed order. It's an order from hell...like how, why even who's...I'm go to stop right here andjust let this part marinate...It'll be another year and hopefully a different crew by then before I return. I'm soooodisappointed with the repeated multiple mistakes...By the way, I also genuinely generously Tip!
I'm currently at the restaurant and ordered two SuperSonic Jalapeño Double Cheeseburgers, two large fries, and a large banana shake without whipped cream. Unfortunately, the large cup isn’t completely full, and although I've asked for a spoon and a bigger straw, I'm still waiting! The shake, which is supposed to be made with fresh banana, is more like a liquid than a proper shake. On the positive side, the burgers and fries are fantastic. However, when I order a shake, I expect it to be thick, not melted. Please see the photos.
I ordered the breakfast toaster combo, but the taste was off and not very pleasant. To make things even worse, I discovered a penny in the tater tots. It was quite unappetizing!
I think Elizabeth should definitely be considered for a promotion to manager or a similar position if she isn't one already! I've never encountered customer service like hers at a fast food restaurant. She expertly highlighted the menu with a friendly tone and maintained a smile throughout my visit. She didn’t even ask for a review, but I felt motivated to share my positive experience here. Keep up the fantastic work!
