Slowest place I've ever been. The food is wonderful. Longest wait time in the drive thru tho. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
I ordered two basic combos which ended up taking 26 minutes to receive. We were apparently waiting for the chicken sandwich which takes 10 minutes or so to heat up/cook. Fine, but that doesn't explain why it took 26 minutes. Furthermore, when I went into check on it the second time, they had everything ready but the fries, so that added to the time (because they didn't cook thefries while the chicken was cooking). Given that the food is mediocre anyways, I will never be returning to a waitaburger. I'drather be hungry.
My husband and I came here.. hadn't really been back to sit, eat and ENJOY.. we decided to eat in, I'm like oh boy.. we had the BEST customer service and greeting.. I was surely HOMETOWN PROUD of a manager named Jackie (Sells) not sure but anyhoo.. shewas so pleasant.. asked if we needed anything else.. her and her team were EXCELLENT.. I felt as if I were in a 5 starrestaurant..she also asked how was our meal... SHE MAKES ME WANT TO MOVE BACK TO MY HOMETOWN ?????????????????????? On this dayI can SURELY say.. this crew went over and beyond... their duties ?
Service at the drive through was very slow and I had to go inside to get a burger they had forgotten. The restaurant wasn't near we busy enough for that to be an excuse. The food was good and the people working there were friendly. They were very apologetic about the missing food.
The food at Whataburger is almost always delicious. No complaints here on that front I did have to wait 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) at the restaurant for a mobile order for 2, which I placed 20 minutes prior.
