I love Whataburger, but this location feels quite chaotic. The atmosphere is crowded, and everyone seems to be waiting for their meals. One person was left waiting for her onion rings, which sat unattended for several minutes. Eventually, the staff had to throw them out and prepare a new batch, which only added to the frustration. I ordered two basic combos which ended up taking 26 minutes to receive. We were apparently waiting for the chicken sandwich which takes 10 minutes or so to heat up/cook. Fine, but that doesn't explain why it took 26 minutes. I waited an hour for my food after paying at the counter. After a long wait, I inquired about the status of my order, only to be informed that they weren’t even aware of it and hadn’t started making it. Once I presented my receipt, they finally prepared my meal and offered an apology. This is simply unacceptable. The wait times are already long, but failing to put in my order and making me wait for an hour is outrageous. Service: Dine in.
The service was terrible, the tables were dirty, and the food was served cold. I had breakfast, and it cost around $10–20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

It was absolutely great, but it was $27 to feed 2 people. I'm pretty sure that was the same price before The world fell to pieces.
