Whataburger - Silsbee
Whataburger
Description
Whataburger has sparked mixed feelings among patrons, characterized by erratic service and fluctuating food quality. While some visits are highlighted by exceptional service and hot, fresh meals, others reveal chaotic atmospheres and extended wait times, particularly at the drive-thru. Although classic menu items like the mushroom burger are missed, many diners appreciate the breakfast offerings. Pricing remains a point of contention, yet loyal fans continue to champion the brand, citing improved service and dedicated staff that elevate the dining experience. Ultimately, Whataburger remains a beloved option in Southeast Texas, albeit with room for improvement.

Service at the drive through was very slow and I had to go inside to get a burger they had forgotten. The restaurant wasn't near we busy enough for that to be an excuse. The food was good and the people working there were friendly. They were very apologetic about the missing food.
The food at Whataburger is almost always delicious. No complaints here on that front I did have to wait 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) at the restaurant for a mobile order for 2, which I placed 20 minutes prior.
While they may be the slowest fast food joint in town they're still the best! Always happy employees and great burgers and fries.. Don't forget the onion rings are my personal favorite! In out burger doesn't hold a candle to the one the only Whataburger!
Just drove off from this location and was treated poorly by employees. Sat in the line for about an hour got to the speaker and nobody said a word to us for over 10 minutes so I drove up thinking the speaker was broken when I got to the window they refused to take my order and told me I had to go back around in that long line and re order at the speaker. Even though this was their fault. The workers then started to laugh as we drove off.
I love Whataburger, however this distinct location seems stressful. The environment walking in was flustered. Everyone waiting on food. One person waiting for her onion rings that sat there for several minutes. The worker then had to throw them away and make fresh ones, causing more aggravation. They gave me French fries instead of onion rings. Seemed short staffed.
