Went here for dinner. The whiskey selection was plentiful. I asked for a recommendation close to my normal nightcap (Angel's Envy) and the bartender didn't disappoint! I like that the food came from the neighboring restaurants, so selection was varied allowing us to have Spanish and Asian food along with our drinks in the same place. Would love to visit again. What Patrick F doesn't like about Slightly Toasted:
The food wasn't bad, but nothing to race about either. Where the three stars comes from is the service. Our waitress was less than welcoming and seemed more annoyed with us than anything. Considering the higher price point and nice decor, we expected a bit more from Slightly Toasted. Maybe if we had a different server, things would be different, but our first impression wasn't good. Limited breakfast menu. The avocado toast was really good and the portion size was filling. Liked the ambience.
The atmosphere is nice and the service is good, But unlike Asadito and Wak n' Bao, the food here isn't.
Delicious food, and a great selection of beers. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, and everyone that works there seems very nice.
Had a here after work last night. Decent beers on tap. Happened to had just blown the keg of the hazy IPA I ordered but managed to find another IPA that suited just fine. Service was quick. We had a work happy hour here before and ordered apps that were pretty decent too. Nice little watering hole.
Great whiskey/bourbon/scotch selection (Wednesday is half price whiskeys! . Food was different but very good. The waitress we had was amazing. 10/10 will be back again
