I’m a salesman that’s always on the road and I visit Dunkin locations all over Chicago and this location by far is the cleanest location I have been too and whatever staff is on shift right. Gave the best service I have ever gotten at a Dunkin’. They were professional and gave fast service. I literally had to stop and make this review. Keep up the great work! the community sees you. My wife I went to get ice cream and no one would address us. One girl kept looking at us and not say anything. Customers would come in after us would be taken care of before us until another employee said if u want ice u would have to go to the register after waited 5 damn minutes. I tried to go to this location today with my husband when arriving we seen that it was already closed at 8:50 pm. Online it says they are open until 10 pm. This has happen on a separate visit to this establishment. Please update your hours online if you are going to close early. Thank you
