Whoever worked 2/19 at 7:00 PM and made my sundaes YOU ARE WONDERFUL lol. No seriously I know you guys can’t control it being melted by the time it’s delivered, but you layered it correctly. Didn’t miss any of my toppings, and it was well made! I’m pregnant and craved such a weird combination and you guys perfected it. The worst service I've ever had. I had to pay for a third cup of coffee because the cashier got the coffee mixed up between myself and my friend. I would never visit this Dunkin Donuts again. When I asked the manager about the problem he said and you can only reply it's my job and took my money. There was no apology he only seemed concerned about taking my money no customer service.
