Retro Downtown Cafe - Feedback

What Angela O likes about Retro Downtown Cafe:
Delicious club sandwich, almost everything is less than $10 the side Caesar is delicious. They were out of fries and didn't tell us till the food was ready and had already substituted them with tots before talking to us and had to buy cokes one at a time in a can so I took off a star. This place is hit or miss. The food is really really good, but they lack a system for serving guests timely. There is one person taking orders and running the check out counter and another cooking. TWO people to run a restaurant?! The food takes about 30 minutes to arrive once you've ordered. People who come in to order to-go get served first which means the diners have to wait even longer.
