A delightful cafe serving Mediterranean cuisine. We had 3 of their dips Taziki, Hummus, Babaghanoush. All of them were creamy and smooth, just the way we like them. We also got Pita breads complimentary with our dips. The breads were really nicely baked. We also had Falafel which was absolutely scrumptious though each falafel size was a bit smaller than usual. What User doesn't like about Pita De' Novo:
I ordered the falafel sandwich and a side of pita bread. The falafel didn't have much flavor. The rice was tasty, but I'm unsure if it was vegan because it had a rich taste. I also tried some fries that were incredibly salty. View all feedback.
Our favorite place to eat when we lived here. The only “must eat“ place one our list when we travel back to Shreveport. Excellent food and service.
By far the best place to eat for Mediterranean food in NW Louisiana, amazing stuff! And huge variety ! Highly recommend it!
Absolutely LOVE this place!! Discovered it a few years ago and can't get enough. The food is always consistently delicious and always fresh! The people are so nice!! Customer service is amazing!

Some of the best food around! Do yourself a favor.....go try it....but fair warning.....it's addicting!! You will never be able to get enough even if you eat here for the rest of your life!!
