Always excellent food, great size portions. Pickle tray is the best selection I have ever seen! Try the lamb dishes, they use legs of lamb and the meat is so tender. They also deliver but doesn’t beat eating in! Definitely recommend. View all feedback.
What Oliver Ruppert doesn't like about Rajdhani:
Food is decent but it took them over an hour and half to deliver it 5 minutes down the road. If you want it just go pick it up, lesson learned. And they will just tell you it's 5 minutes away if you ring them and ask. View all feedback.
I always have a great meal at Rajdhani, this place does the best prawn saag I've ever had and offers a distinct twist on your traditional Indian menu. The staff are engaging and the service is prompt, I would envisage that booking would be necessary at peak times (Fridays and Saturdays).
Went here for my son's birthday. We've been before and it is his favourite restaurant. Food was lovely. I had a Lamb Biryani which was delicious. Waiters are very friendly and helpful. It's based in an old station building which has lots of character. Really good meal, really good place.
Had a lamb balti was very good and lamb was very tender .
Ordered a takeaway, one ok but seriously avoid the £15.90 ‘Tandoori Heaven, mixed grill’ this is literally one prawn, couple bits of lamb one (chipotle) sausage chicken thigh, bread and small bag of lettuce better to order separately and actually from somewhere else. Phoned and asked what we’d got and told you did get bread hmmm £3 plain naan and bit of meat for £13 more
First time we've been since the new owners took over and really enjoyed it. Food and service was really good and I'd recommend a visit and try the special dishes, really tasty.
