Got approached by 3 big black security guards in the ladies' room stating I had to leave the premises as they were now closed. I simply replied I know I'm just drying my hands. Got... well they tried to imitate me and started using inappropriate language. 10/11th April 2026

And then they s... read more Great atmosphere but the service was aggressive and terrible. Asked over and over if we were done with plates table of 4 only 20 mins into food. And then they started taking away still half full plates rather than let us rest and nibble. They want you in, ordered and out.

Food was great, and exactly what we w... read more Visited on a Sunday evening. Was very busy due but they were happy to fit us in. Really nice service, always felt welcome. Food was great, and exactly what we wanted. Calamari was perfect. Cocktails were also great. Live music when we visited, which really made the atmosphere great. Will be back.

This time I brought an important guest visiting from America, and Hugo made the evening truly special. He took the time to explain the rum menu, the food, and the history of Cubana, making my very well-travelled guest feel incredibly welcome and privileged to dine there. Exceptional service, great atmosphere, and a place I’m always happy to return to every week. Thank you Hugo and the whole team. Viva Cubana!!
