So delicious! If you are looking for a true Chicago style deep dish pizza this is the place to get it. Trying to find some Chicago flavors in KC. Stop #2 @thirdcoastpizza We love Lou Malnati?s pizza so when we read that this was like Lou?s we got excited. This is not Lou?s. Local. Family owned. Clean. The pizza tastes AMAZING. The crust has that amazing quality where the bottom is crispy. Will return.
Had the Philly. The meat was good, but unseasoned. The bread was best part. Asked for no mushrooms, and it was loaded with them. Still ate it. So so customer service. Might come back for a pizza next time.
Oh my word!!! I don’t have anything to compare it to as far as Chicago style, but I do love me some pizza! And man this place was just amazing! The toppings piled on, and not just bread for the deep dish! The gentleman said it could feed 5-6 and indeed he was right. If you read this I failed lol the cheese cake was out of this world as well!! 5 stars all around for everything!!
Visited for lunch (first time there). Ordered 10-inch Second City pizza (jalapenos added). Cook while you wait, done in about 12 minutes. Excellent pizza, fresh and crispy crust, toppings were fresh and excellent, and sauce was very fresh and light tomato flavor. Could not finish the entire pizza. Very impressed and want to make this a lunch regular. They were out of vienna beef so no Chicago dogs. Will try later. They could use a drink fountain though, in my opinion.
Ordered the deep dish with sausage and extra cheese. It was excellent! I regret not trying this place sooner. I reccomend trying it! The place looked very comfortable inside and I liked the music playing!
