I keep getting emails for BOGO but the website won't allow me to enter the promo code. I go into the store and explain, and the lady just keeps shrugging her shoulders and offers zero assistance. I called the number on the door to speak with a manager twice. Haven't received a call back. No wonder Subway is struggling.
Me and my husband went in yesterday and ordered food, the gentleman working there was very rude, He told my husband he talked to much and constantly rolled his eyes as my husband spoke, Not only that but I found two flies in my wrap and wasn't able to get help being that it got busy and he was the on employee there and I didn't want any more rudeness from this man.. I feel like I wasted my money on food I couldn't eat because there were flies in my food. This store definitely needs to do better.
There truly are wonderful people at this Subway... But they need to fix the parking lot.... A lot of holes...
We ordered online from the Subway location on Shawnee Mission Parkway, but I couldn't remove the turkey from the ham and turkey sandwich. The confirmation said we could pick it up in 15 minutes, so I didn’t input my card information since I had the option to pay at the store or online. I printed the confirmation to take with me. When we arrived, the staff claimed they didn’t have any orders from me. I showed them the printout of my pickup time, and they called their manager, who also couldn’t explain the issue. To make matters worse, two other customers who came in after us were told their online orders were missing as well. This is concerning because you cannot access the discount without ordering online; otherwise, my $6.57 sandwich would have cost $11. I mentioned that I used to be a web marketing director and that the corporate office needs to address this issue, as it may deter orders at this popular Johnson County location. After waiting while six other people were served, they finally made our footlong sandwich. Thankfully, they only charged us the $6. A note for others: when you arrive, you must show the coupon sent to your mailbox and have them scan it. The sandwich was okay, but the wait took 45 minutes.
I've become a regular at this Subway, and I mean this specific location! I used to think every Subway was the same, but that's definitely not the case here. Marcy, the manager, is absolutely fantastic. She truly cares about her customers, takes pride in her store, and works incredibly hard! I've visited other Subways where they told me they were out of the Italian Herbs and Cheese bread (some places even until JANUARY), but Marcy goes the extra mile by making the bread herself every day. This shows just how dedicated she is to her clients. I wanted to take a moment to recognize her for her amazing efforts. I also want to mention that the ladies who work the night shift are wonderful! I always enjoy chatting with them after work while picking up my lunch for the next few days from their menu.
