Mcdonald's - Shawnee

The food at this restaurant was delicious, hot, and fresh! They also cater to late-night cravings. A special shoutout to Bailey, who provided excellent customer service. I hope McDonald's takes notice. I learned that she is a single mother who works hard. I am never disappointed when I visit this place. Kudos!

These are the best fries I have ever had! The overnight staff always gets my order correct and makes sure my meal is fresh!

I went through the drive-thru and handed over my coupon for a $2 McDouble and small fries. After entering the code three times and explaining what it was for, I also ordered a McChicken and a large soda. When I got to the window, they told me my total was $6.88. I asked if they had applied the coupon from my phone app, which I had shown them multiple times. They confirmed that they had, but I was confused as to why I got the McChicken for free but had to pay separately for the McDouble and small fries. This was the sixth time they had made a mistake on my order. I decided to address the issue and called to speak to a manager, but they hung up on me and refused to talk. I tried to get someone's attention on the other end of the line for five minutes with no luck.

When we go to our ordinary mcds, it's fucking cold frits, dry meat, forget the half of the order, etc. this time we left out a bit and found these special mcds. what was a wonderful change because eating fresh and hot tasted, although it is over midnight. made in a timely manner with a friendly lady to give us our food.

While getting my drink I noticed that the ice dispenser, on the left side of the beverage bar, had thick black mold inside the spout and where the ice came out of the machine. The beverage dispenser also was coated in dried syrup. I tried to get someone's attention but got no response from those in the back.There was also an elderly couple trying to get someone's attention to help with the order kiosk. They did not know how to use it. No one responded to their calls.
