The food is good and reasonably priced at this restaurant. Our son is a big fan of trains, so whenever we are near Kansas City, we make a point to stop here. He enjoys watching the trains go by and playing. View all feedback.
What Matt I doesn't like about Fritz's:
We chose to visit this restaurant because of the atmosphere, which children will especially enjoy. However, the kids had a hard time eating as they were distracted by all the food deliveries happening around the tables. Unfortunately, the food itself needs improvement as it was said to be worse than McDonald's, even for fast food standards. The staff was not very welcoming. The tenderloin just is okay. Burgers are better. But atmosphere the employees build is great!!Kid-friendliness: This place is great for kids but mine got so excited that he didn't want to eat.
Food is always good and worth the drive from where we live!
My grandson loved the train delivering our food. That’s about the only good thing I can say about the restaurant. The burgers were small and overcooked and you had to order fries separately. Way overpriced for what little you get.
Such a fun place! Our kids loved watching the trains deliver our food and everyone else’s food too! The food was good but nothing too spectacular to note. The trains and the service are what made it such a cool experience!
