Five minutes, Philly, you can go anywhere! This chain goes beyond and beyond for the customer service and the enthusiasm they are taking into your order. Really is a breath of fresh air compared to other sandwich shops.

As always, the food was great, but the real scream goes to the staff. The two women who work made lunch amazing! They really seemed to enjoy their job and were very pleasant and professional... as a small entrepreneur I wanted to offer them every job, but I find poaching good employees of other tasteless. So job well done ladies and the manager or owner of pepper jax on Shawnee Mission Parkway Congratulations you have a few great!

The first time here and I get one of the best services from the manager and the crew. The best Philly group I had in seven years. Fresh vegetables, fresh meat. You feel the way it is cooked. Sure, if you get the first bite, it's just perfect. Will recommend a great time. Thank you.

Came around 1 to be in the middle of a little late lunch break. The two gentlemen worked like a champion. Both earn 5 stars. The food was fresh as usual. Store was clean and tidy and made right.

The food is amazing! I add jalapeno juice to my meat while it's cooking, it's SOO good! The staff are extremely courteous and helpful! If you order a steak with jalapenos and/or banana peppers, have them add Jalapeno juice to the meat!
