the food was hot and delicious. as always. but again, completely sold from souffles. always disappointing. the price goes on, I still want one, but I don't try very often because it's a wasted trip in the rule. I had a manager who told me you can't sell if you don't have a product! it is cost effective to reduce one or two, instead of losing today selling and potential future sales View all feedback.

I love the sip club, but this place has the sloouwest service ever! the trip thru average waiting time is approx. 10-15 minutes, without exaggeration. I just waited for a bagel and it was at least 10 minutes. I just don't understand. View all feedback.
Always great service and delicious farewell. Bright natural light with varied seating areas. They are very fast to refill the coffee when you let them know it is out. We especially appreciate that they 'bread-slice' the bagels (more rooms for cream cheese and easier to eat) and that you get grilled cheese sandwiches for breakfast.
Speed and Fantastic service. I ordered for pick up and my food and coffee were piping hot, just like it should be! All within minutes of my online order. They did miss my “no onions” request but I was treated like a human when I stopped in to pick up and for that Panera Bread deserves a five star.
Picked up a catering order. It was on time and the boxes were packaged well. The employee who helped me was really friendly.
Everything was great, food was good and came out fast!
It's always great to have pleasant cashier the young lady that helped me yesterday was great. And my food was amazing too.
