Was Carmel Pfannerstill at Fazoli's a mag?
Incredibly quite decent meal and service with really low price. Love this new kind of Italian restaurant like fast food, but the food serves hot at your table. In any case more often. Btw, I love the softness of her bread, but a star was drawn off for saltiness. View all feedback.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Food is not as good as before before COVID. Many parking spaces. Place was pretty clean. The restroom was even pretty clean. No dedicated motorcycle parking. This place has Pepsi products I prefer. Free refilling of soft drinks. Bread sticks are still good, especially when they are hot. I give them a solid 3 stars, but they could push it to 4 with just a little work. View all feedback.

I was a happy customer with this location. You always make sure I get what I'm looking for. I usually go for dinner hours during the lunch break and the service was amazing. My food is always brought out quickly, except perhaps when I order the 12 packs of bread sticks that are reasonable and I always leave with a smile. I will definitely be a paying customer for a long time.

I now recommend Shawnee location. New manager, Edith, has significantly improved this store. I visited several times recently and the service, food quality, cleanliness and prices were excellent. I couldn't say that about 6 to 8 months ago.

Wonderful experience with every visit. The new manager David was so brilliant today! They were supported by a large number of phone orders at once and you could see that he picks up every extra black and keeps a quietly collected posture even under pressure. He smiled and went out his way to communicate and keep customers happy and bring them their food personally with an apology for any extra time that was honest not much of a wait. They also have a good runner named Wayne, who is also amazing in customer service. Engages with the customer and keeps them smile. I really love the staff here.
