We order pickup when we got to the store to pick up the order went threw the front door because couldn?t see no signs to tell us where to pick up, gentleman at the host table wasn?t very friendly in telling us where to getour food. Then tell em to get us plastic silverware and didn?t get any?

Food was a bit slow coming out of the kitc... read more Our first experience at Applebee's in several years. Seated quickly. Server was friendly. Looked to be short staffed. Food was a bit slow coming out of the kitchen for the number of diners present. Could have been because of the carryout orders. Food was acceptable but not outstanding. We got boneless wings, riblet platter bourbon street chicken. Won't be in any hurryto return but good standard run of the mill dining.

There was no mana... read more I waited an hour for my food, and the restaurant was quite cold. It appeared that they were understaffed, as the waitstaff looked overwhelmed. There was no manager available, and the staff seemed indifferent. I went 90 minutes without a drink refill. The food was decent, but not memorable. With so many other great restaurants nearby, I probably won't be back.

The manager apologized and offered us two gift cards... read more We naturally asked to speak with a manager and requested that the steak I didn’t eat be taken off our bill. The manager apologized and offered us two gift cards. However, after leaving the restaurant, we checked the balance on the gift cards only to discover that both had a balance of $0. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and the food was just awful.

We waited 20 minutes to be seated at a dirty table, and now we've been waiting over 30 minutes for our food since placing our order. This place was once excellent, but I’m seriously thinking about leaving. At this point, it's not even worth a complimentary meal. The waitress told us it would be another hour to an hour and a half for our food. Who waits 2.5 hours for a meal at an empty restaurant?!
