It... read more They used to be incredibly friendly and attentive to their customers, but as their revenue has increased, the quality of their customer service has declined. It's off-putting to overhear them joking about a complaining customer in front of others; it’s quite unprofessional. I really enjoy their food, but the attitude is becoming hard to overlook.
