Fantastic service! Warren has a wonderfully warm and cheerful demeanor. We were a bit confused about the ordering process and how to earn star points, but he was extremely helpful and patient. He explained the sizes in a humorous and friendly manner. Keep up the great work! View all feedback.
What Amir Alijagic dislikes about Starbucks:
This is one of the worst Starbucks locations in town. I ordered a chocolate cold brew, but what I received looked more like a cold latte. On another occasion, I asked for a mocha without whipped cream, but the barista added it anyway. When they realized their mistake halfway through, instead of making a new drink, they just scraped off the cream. I’m very disappointed and will be avoiding this place in the future. Guy did not put the lid on the coffee correctly and coffee spilled all over my car! Luckily there were no burns but coffee stains all over my clothes! Do better Starbucks!
Waited in drivethru for 20 minutes….I backed up and left after ordering. I don’t NEED to be spending silly money on a silly drink. Sure, I would have enjoyed it….but I’ll take it as a sign. Now….go throw that Vanilla Bean Frap away!
Thursday at 12pm I entered and ordered a hot sammich and a hot venti peppermint latte.11 minutes later they gave me the sammich. 26 minutes after receiving the sammich I received the drink.They need better training. It’s not the people working there, it’s management. Management creates chaos and the minimum wage employees have to live in it.Create a better atmosphere for your employees. Train them properly, see to their needs and they will take care of the rest.
Caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino are the best.
Baristas who use your name. How nice is that!
