I usually order from the app and then pick up in the drive thru. You will always be parked after going through the drive thru line. You will wait approximately... read more I usually order from the app and then pick up in the drive thru. You will always be parked after going through the drive thru line. You will wait approximately 5-10 minutes to get your food. Make sure you check your order because sometimes there will be things missing.This happened to me one time and the girl said she would be right back. She never came back after 10 more minutes, while my other food is getting cold. I went inside and no worker there acknowledged me once. They walked by and saw me but never even bothered to see if I needed something. I finally got someone's attention after waiting another 10 minutes and finally got the missing items. By the time I got home, 5 minutes away, all my food was cold. We called McDonald's corporate office to complain but all they said is that we had to take the food back. Never apologized or offered any type of compensation.
