Mcdonald's - Sharpes

So I wanted a double filet of fish they didn't have on the menu. I ended up just getting a single filet of fish $5.19 with a half of slice of cheese you'd think that at 5 dollars and some change it would be a whole slice of cheese. The cashier was nice and brought me more cheese.

I went pretty early around dinner time and they were out of a lot of the different foods and I think it's because they didn't feel like cooking more and then having to clean and they forgot to put cheese on one of my sandwiches they forgot to take the pickles off my chicken sandwich the ice cream machine was broken the customer service is not good the employees are rude when I asked for sauces for my chicken nuggets for my son they tried to charge me for an extra sauce when they only gave me one sauce for a six piece like how do you eat a six piece with only one barbecue sauce it doesn't work that way and then the different drinks the specialty drinks that they advertise when you ask for them to tell you the machines broke or they're out of them so I don't know if the machines broke or they don't feel like making it because then they'll have to clean the machine out again before they close I don't know the customer service has gotten terrible food wasn't that good the burger and the chicken sandwich I got tasted like it was sitting out cooked prior to the dinner rush so instead of making a new sandwich I got the leftovers, the only good thing was the fries and that's because I prefer McDonald's fries over every other fast food fry except checkers or Rally's because those are seasoned fries when you just can't beat season fries and you can't get seasoned fries just anywhereParking: There's plenty of parking it's a double drive-thru and a lot of people use to drive through because I think that they're scared to go inside and have to use the kiosk so I always go inside because the drive-thru is always crowded and there's always plenty of parking however when you go inside you get hear the cussing in the back and customer service isn't that great especially if you have trouble with the kiosk so I actually recommend going to the drive-thru so you don't have to deal with the bad customer serviceKid-friendliness: I have my first grade birthday party at McDonald's back in 1987. It's always been a kid friendly place sucks that they took out all the playgrounds that used to be in all the McDonald'sWheelchair accessibility: The stores will check festival and there's wheelchair parking up front near the entrances which is very convenient for individuals like my mother can't walk very far after reconstructive knee surgery from a bad car accident a few years ago a truck driver hit her from behind and she would stop at a red light and he didn't have a driver's license does anybody would have been in the back seat of her Camry they would have died that's how bad the wreck was but so quality of life diminished significantly for hers concerning how much weight she can lift and how far or how long she can stand so any place that has wheelchair accessible parking or entry and sitting is a plus in my mind and McDonald's has very good wheelchair accessibility access to tables and parking

I just left this location. Picking up an Uber Eats delivery and the black lady in the powder blue shirt went to tell the to white men in the back that I was recording them- in which I was not, but I am definitely reporting what I saw. I saw her write down a cash transaction from a gentleman for $22. He gave her $40 two $20 bills. She went to the back and got his change. She wrote it down on a piece of paper and thought that I was recording them. What are you paranoid about me recording for if you're not doing anything wrong? The service was below badic as well. They're slow to even address the customers I had to keep telling my customer. One man left the building. Another man had to ask, could he be served? It's unbelievable. What is going on with the McDonald's in Florida and Jacksonville and In the surrounding areas, this is ridiculous! SMH it's a pure shame! I added a picture for Management tracking. Went in at 3:20am and was told they were not serving food for another hour. The sad part is another patron had to tell me because no one would come up front from the back.
