When we arrived,... read more My daughter and I had hoped for a pleasant evening with some snacks, so we ordered two milkshakes, a large fry, and a hotdog for pickup online. When we arrived, our order wasn’t ready, which is understandable, but we ended up waiting for 15 minutes to get it. Since we had already paid, we decided to wait it out. During our wait, the staff seemed more interested in rolling their eyes and displaying attitude rather than acknowledging our presence. They might as well have embodied the phrase "DILLIGAF." Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of the unpleasantness. The french fries were a disappointment; they had clearly been re-dipped, meaning they were cooked earlier and then put back in the fryer to warm them up. This left the outside with a crunchy texture while the inside was overly greasy and sponge-like. Not exactly appetizing. I wish I could end my review there, but the woes continued. The milkshakes we ordered were poorly made, with unmixed syrup flavors. We attempted to stir them ourselves, but the consistency was unlike any milkshake I’ve encountered—sickeningly sweet and strangely gritty. Why couldn’t they have just told us that the shake machine was broken? That would have been more honest. As for the hotdog, it was shriveled and had a greenish hue, making it seem unsafe to eat. I even dared my daughter to try it, but we ultimately decided it wasn't worth the potential trip to poison control. It looked like the result of a failed science project. After this experience, I might never eat a hotdog again. If you're reading this before your visit, I strongly suggest you keep driving. If you’re looking for a meal, this isn’t the place.
