There were 6 people in... read more The atmosphere was nice and the band was nice. I hate to give this place anything less than 5 stars however the service was not the best. There were 6 people in my party. Two of us got our food within a decent timeframe. The other 4 waited over an hour for their food. One person had wings and was told they were given to another customer. She waited the longest. I put in a seafood platter Togo. After waiting 40 minutes I was told there was a glitch in the system. I don’t believe the order was ever put into the system. Then the order came out, I checked it and didn’t receive any fish in my order. I asked and was then notified they were out of fish. No one bothered to notify me of this before getting ready to pay. With all the mishaps no one attempted to offer anything. I had to ask for them to take something off of my order since I paid for fish and they were out. There was no glitch in the system when it came to them automatically taking gratuity out of checks. Sadly, I will not be back.

The hostess was polite, but My husband was unaware we had to pay $35 each to come in, which only included sitting closer to the band in uncomfortable seats. I had the shrimp platter, and the fries were better than the shrimp, to say the least. My husband had the seafood platter, and the fish was okay, but the oysters were not good. The music was okay, and the waitress was polite. The best thing about the night was the photographer. My husband spent over $200 to be disappointed. We left after we ate.

Knowing that there were 2 large parties, the staff and kitchen were not ready when we were seated, which caused a delay in ordering and being served. I definitely recommend going for the great experience and atmosphere. The jazz quartet was awesome as well.
