Ended up waiting ove... read more Really disappointed in our experience here yesterday. We were at the restaurant and opted to order online to accumulate the loyalty points. Ended up waiting over an hour and 10 minutes for our food! The communication wasn't great, the staff member was apologetic but really nothing changed. After an hour she said she'd check on it and then got distracted by another customer who was complaining. When I followed up with her 10 minutes later our order slip WAS NOT EVEN IN THE KITCHEN after waiting for over an hour. When we were finally given our food we were offered a free drink, but had already purchased some. No refund offered. The food was tasty, but super disappointed that after all that time our chips were freezing cold. The restaurant needs to better manage it's online ordering and uber eats capacity. If we had been aware of the wait we wouldn't have ordered. And pretty over priced for what you get. $60.00 for two people to eat burgers and cold chips... We won't be rushing back to Barrys Burgers that's for sure

To his credit, he got us in the s... read more After eating in a couple of times now and having a terrible delivery experience I contacted Barry directly about our delivery. To his credit, he got us in the store and shouted us dinner. Our burgers were great although I agree with another lady the chicken is over salted as are some of the chips. The onion rings were just too overcooked and oily and our potato fries were like we got the crispy bits left over. This is honest feedback. It's like when they're busy which is a lot I'd imagine they fall behind and send out over-fried food. This is my observation. I will say the beef burgers were on point, rolls were fresh and held up and all the other components to burgers were on point.
