Kabobshak offers affordable Medite... read more For some reason, there are many places on Long Island to get sub-par falafel. The good news is: Kabobshak is not one of them! Kabobshak offers affordable Mediterranean delicacies such as hummus, babaganoush, falafel and more in an unassuming environment. The falafel there is truly some of the tastiest I 've had. I especially enjoyed the stuffed falafel, which is filled with a red veggie mix that 's advertised as spicy, but I honestly just found it incredibly flavorful, not too hot at all! Another bonus of the stuffed falafel is its size...nice big pieces more closely resembling veggie burgers than falafel balls. I gave Kabobshak 4 stars (instead of 5) because there really is no atmosphere to speak of, and they serve all their food on single-use plastic. However, the food itself is top notch!

He loves what he does and does it well.I recommend the falafel and his Babaganoush! Everything is super fresh!
