What Ceci M doesn't like about Carvel:
I've ordered from this store many times without any issues. I asked for a cone on the side with the ice cream although it wasn't an option on the menu. I guess it was too much for a large franchise like carvel to cough up a little cone for a loyal customer. oh well. thanks anyway. View all feedback.

The Cherry Bonnets are wonderful! It's like stepping back into my childhood.
Ice cream was made the way I asked however ,the dasher didn't bring the whole order, my son was the one without ice cream.
The owners seem uninterested in providing good customer service. It feels like a hassle to place an order. The ice cream is tasty but the service is lacking.
