However, when we tried to place an order tonight for our event tomorrow, we were abruptly informed that it had to be a catering order, and then the call was ended on us! While it's understandable to decline an order, there's no excuse for being so rude about it. Most of the time, we have pleasant interactions with staff who recognize us right away. Unfortunately, we’ve recently encountered issues with deliveries, which I can appreciate given the current staffing challenges in the industry. However, being treated rudely and then having the call disconnected, especially as loyal customers, was truly shocking. I brushed it off the first time, but this level of service is simply unacceptable. Customer service is essential. Rating: 1/10.

We ordered clams calamari for appetizers ENTREES were huge I ordered grilled balsamic chicken 3 large size cutlets were on my plate. I had to take it home I had the leftover for dinner. The food was delicious server was great. Prices were not bad considering what you got with meal and size of meal. Service: Dine in

The driver than pr... read more Writing this review on 10/10/23@7:30pm. Placed an order for delivery. I am standing outside my apartment when the Amici delivery can arrives. The driver than proceeded to gab on the phone for 20 minutes! Really? Take care of the delivery,then go on the phone. I was going to refuse it but had 2 kids waiting to eat so I took it.These places are just hiring anyone these days. Needless to say I will NEVER order from there again. There are plenty of other options around.Oh and Please, Please don't tell me to call and discuss. I'm done with this place. And btw the pizza was like cardboard!
