He apologized and offered me a meal the next time I was in the area. I understand that they are training new staff, and I appreciate their efforts. I'm not upset; I just wanted to give them a heads-up so they can be more attentive to orders. Thank you, Brandon and your team, and good luck! Howev... read more I haven't dined at KFC in years, but my recent visit was quite pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the wait wasn't long. The food arrived fresh and hot. However, I was a bit underwhelmed by the chicken sandwich combo—definitely not what I expected from KFC.
