Can't afford it often, I don't have lots of expendable cash, but it had been a long time a friend's birthday request. Guess that's as good areason as any other. It was SO good.

He apologized and offered me a meal the next time I was in the area. I understand that they are training new staff, and I appreciate their efforts. I'm not upset; I just wanted to give them a heads-up so they can be more attentive to orders. Thank you, Brandon and your team, and good luck! They informed me that my order would be re... read more I attempted to place a pickup order but ended up being locked out of the store, and the drive-thru window was closed. They informed me that my order would be refunded, but I'm still waiting for that refund days later. I've been a customer of KFC since the 1960s, but I definitely won't be returning to the one in Seffner, FL.

Besides the 25 min wait through drive thru when there was two cars in front of us... I get it, could be short staff. Chicken strips were in sitting in puddle of oil (excessive). My son went to bite into his biscuit and it was doughy..undercooked and definitely shouldn't have been served. No straw, napkins, condiments or spoon was given. ???? food was absolutetrash????
