Can't afford it often, I don't have lots of expendable cash, but it had been a long time a friend's birthday request. Guess that's as good areason as any other. It was SO good.

He apologized and offered me a meal the next time I was in the area. I understand that they are training new staff, and I appreciate their efforts. I'm not upset; I just wanted to give them a heads-up so they can be more attentive to orders. Thank you, Brandon and your team, and good luck! The prices are very reasonable compared to neighboring restaurants, which have significantly raised their prices for items that aren’t as satisfying or filling. This is definitely the best choice in the area.

They informed me that my order would be refunded, but I'm still waiting for that refund days later. I've been a customer of KFC since the 1960s, but I definitely won't be returning to the one in Seffner, FL.
