There was a long line and the worker seemed to be in the back for a while before finally coming out. It took about 15 minutes before she noticed us waiting. Additionally, she overcharged me by charging me for double meat when I only ordered a regular portion.

When I mentioned that the sodas were flat, the staff member casually told me that all of them would be flat. I requested a refund, and she threw the money on the counter. It's worth mentioning that I had also tipped her, but her attitude was quite rude. I felt very offended by the experience. I attempted to contact the manager, but the phone just kept ringing with no answer. A few minutes later, I saw her leaving the premises. Not wanting to create a scene, I decided to leave quietly.

I found mold on my bread, and the restaurant had a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana. I truly regret choosing to have lunch there. I'm just shaking my head at the whole experience.
