What User doesn't like about Mona Castle Hotel:
I had a terrible meal at this establishment unbelievably awful.I ordered a main from menu the calamari came with a salad and chips .Looked ok however when I tasted the tomato it was off and mushy so old and salad leaves were limp.I told waiter and he brought a new batch of salad.No apology from chef!!!In this day and age no meal should have rotten tomatoes or black burned bits from fryer.Never going back ! Had a meal here on Wednesday night for their pot and parma night and it was really nice! The parma was tasty, fresh ingredients, served with a lovely salad and crunchy chips. Had drinks on Sunday afternoon with friends and was impressed with the snack menu that is available...lots of nice nibbles we thoroughly enjoyed.
