Feedback
I was excited to try out this place learning that it's the same chef as Revel which I'm a fan of, but I left a bit disappointed.
I am obsessed with Trove! I loooooove Revel, so I was excited to try this place out, especially since I live in Capitol Hill.
The front counter has a fun and simple vibe, perfect for a quick meal. The bar area is lively and only for those 21 and over. The restaurant itself has a chill and hip ambiance, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends.
We had a friend in town for a conference at the convention center, and decided to meet at Trove since it’s right up the street. Everything we ordered was amazing: the hansang, kimchi pancake, noodles with smoked brisket and Chinese broccoli, and the cook-it-yourself meat tower (always fun). The service was excellent as well. Highly recommend!
