**A Culinary Journey at Tidal+** Tidal+, nestled within the Hyatt at Olive 8, offers a mixed dining experience. While the menu features highlights like an extraordinary three cheese bacon omelet and flavorful poutine, some guests found the service lacking, with slow response times and disorganization noted during their visits. The ambiance is inviting, making it a lovely spot for date nights. Happy hour small plates and fresh seafood received rave reviews, particularly during special occasions. However, concerns about pricing and automatic service charges surfaced amid the ongoing pandemic. Overall, Tidal+ remains a tantalizing option, albeit with room for improvement in service and communication.
This is a stylish, intimate restaurant with an open bar feel. The dim, ambient lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere, and the music blends contemporary playlists at just the right volume. The service was friendly and satisfactory, while the food was straightforward yet well-presented. Prices were in the mid to high range, which seemed appropriate for the location. However, it felt a bit pricey for what we ordered; 6 oysters and a vegetarian curry totaled over $45, excluding drinks, tip, and tax. While I’m not sure I’d return, it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish I had gotten more value for my money.
Great food, excellent service, pleasant atmosphere, a wide variety of food and drink options, prompt seating, and a cozy setting for dinner.
Tidal was a delightful way to celebrate New Year's Eve. Since we live nearby, we make it a point to visit this restaurant once a month, but we were particularly impressed with the special menu for the evening. As always, the staff were professional and knowledgeable, and we recognized many of them from our previous visits.

We told the waiter that we had to be at the theater by 6pm. The wonderful waiter was so nice and accommodating. He made sure our order was taken quickly and our food delivered ASAP. The fish and chips and the hamburger were excellent. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
