The fries, tacos, and burgers here are absolutely fantastic! While the variety may not be extensive—typical for a food truck—the quality of what they do offer is exceptional. The bacon, the sauce, and the crispiness of the fries are all spot on. It's a popular spot during Bellevue's lunch hours, and I will definitely return just to enjoy their food again. What Father G dislikes about The Fork Fin:
The fish was fried with the skin still on, and I found it quite unappetizing. I ended up having to throw the entire order away. Please clean the fish properly! I've never encountered anything like this before. It was truly unpleasant. View all feedback.

Unbelievable!!! Stopped by today at the Starbucks HQ. And I'm blown away! I had the fish and chips, and they were the best I've ever had in Seattle! It has been an hour since I had my first bite, and still feeling the excitement from it. Crispy and moist but not greasy, and just jammed with flavor. You can taste and tell there's passion in the kitchen and for what they do. To The Fork and Fin, thank you. For making something that got me so excited to eat! I can't wait to stop by again. Another perk is the staff, super friendly and efficient!

Seriously delicious flakey solid fish and excellent fries. This fish n chips will give any competition a run for their money! Enjoyed the unique traditional skin on one side but it is almost impossible to taste it when you enjoy your first bite to the last bite. Large pieces of fish in a light brown crispy batter.

The Fork Fin just made it to one of my favorite food trucks in the city! Been here a few times already when they are parked up at Westlake Park in downtown Seattle. Even if you get there early, there's always a line. Sometimes it's a little difficult to figure out if people are waiting for their order or if they are waiting to order, mostly everyone is staring at their phones. Their menu looks good but so far I've tried both kinds of their fish tacos. The grilled fish tacos are real good, it's grilled pollock but chopped up and served in flour tortillas. You get 3 per order and they are fully stuffed with all their goodies such as the slaw, crema, cheese, guac, pickled onions, pico de gallo and all that. The beer battered is about equally as delicious, but you get this huge piece of pollock in a corn tortilla. The batter isn't super thick but just enough to get the crunchy texture you are wanting. Same toppings as the grilled but you get 2 per order. They leave the skin on the fish which is fine with me. Both tacos are super stuffed to the brim and you are amazed at how much food you get. It looks great and taste great to me! Prices are good for what you get, the staff is also very nice! The same gentleman, from both of my visits, that takes the orders at the window is super cool, he's super nice, will chat with ya for a sec while taking your order, you can tell he enjoys what he does and happy serving nice looking and tasty food. Walking through Westlake Park with their food will break other people's necks to ask you where you got that from, and have a little food truck envy among other things.

I have come to this truck twice now, and I cannot stress enough how freakin delicious the food is! The owner is an absolute sweetheart and I'd come back to the truck just for him. Super happy, loves what he does and it shows in his food. I've tried the Alaskan burger, the furikake fries, and now the beer battered fish tacos. The flavors are spectacular, the fish is so flaky and perfect, not over breaded at all! I'm on the food truck email list now just to see when he's in my area again.

Place is AMAZING. Had the fish and chips when they were at Emerald Downs a couple weeks ago. Legitimately the best meal I've had all year. Skin-on fish was wonderful, and the fries were TOP NOTCH. Great sauces as well. Can't recommend enough
