Incredibly flavorful, and well worth the wait. If I lived nearby, I’d come here regularly for the burger alone — the acidic flavors balance so well with the fattiness of the beef, creating one of the juiciest burgers I've had.The sausage and thom khem offered a classic taste of lao flavors, delightfully marrying salty and spicy flavors together. The sauce from the thom khem went so well over rice, although we'd expected the pork belly to be more tender to offer that melt-in-your-mouth goodness you associate with pork belly. Our phad lao was underwhelming due to overcooked noodles that broke apart as you picked it up.I ranked this a 4/5 overall because we had spotty service experience that night with wrong orders, but the food was undoubtedly a 5/5.
The food was great, the menu was inviting a lightly playful. Most of the food we got was semi spicy which is something to consider. We had the pork lettuce wrap, papaya salad, the noodle dish, the sausage, some fried rice dish, two burgers and the mango rice to share. I enjoyed everything and we cleared the table. The burger was the most memorable. I'll definitely come back to try the other half of the menu.
I’ve been meaning to come here for awhile and I say gadamn this place did not disappoint. I came about an hour before dinner time and was immediately greeted by the cool host with the eye patch who was very help in making my selection.I highly encourage any meat eaters to get the burger, it’s unequivocally one of the best burgers I’ve had in Seattle. The Jerky was also really good, full of flavor and served over a cup of rice *chef kiss emoji* the strips are bite size but plentiful.Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian optionsWheelchair accessibility: No stairsDietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian options
