Today, I tried the chicken with bell pe... read more I've visited this restaurant three times this month, and I must say it's the best Vietnamese restaurant in Capitol Hill. Today, I tried the chicken with bell peppers, and it was absolutely delicious—it melted in my mouth! I was really impressed by how tender the chicken was. This definitely won't be my last visit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to everyone!

It was nicely spiced, with wonderfully cooked noodles and spicy chicken. After indulging in more than just a couple of bites, I was eager to share this experience, and I promised myself that I would return soon to explore their other delightful offerings.

I don't know why this place has such sad ratings. We ordered takeout from here. My spouse got their shaken beef which spousie has really been missing since most pho joints outside of the bay area do not seem to make it. I got their brisket pho. The broth had a good body. The noodles seemed pretty standard. All the normal pho fixins present and fresh nice sprouties, fresh greens, hoisin sri. Their chicken wings came fried which seemed a little odd to us. But, spousie really loves fried chicken so it all worked out. Unsure if this was an accident or that's just how their wings come. We did doordash for pickup and the pickup experience was quick and painless.
