What Diana C doesn't like about Standard Brewing:
The drinks were pretty interesting and unique. We had one beer that was a hybrid with a Riesling wine and one that tasted kind of like a creamsicle. The servers were super busy. They were efficient but seemed understaffed. Some of the tables were a bit dirty because they were trying to catch up. I was impressed by the housebings of this brewery. They now have air conditioning, so a great place to beat the summer heat with a cold drink. It was busy, but the bartender was able to operate all over time and the customers were friendly and chatty.
My son treated me to your awesome beers and soft tacos. The Fat Hen tacos are the best I?ve ever had in my life. Great place. Do not hesitate to visit. I?ll be back again during my July and August visit to Seattle. Can?t wait! Love your place.
The beer was on point. All very good. We split a BLT sandwich which was very good. Five stars. No complaints.
Excellent beer and perhaps the best tacos in town. All wrapped in a big pub-terrace!
