The decor featured plenty of rock memorabilia from the '60s to the '90s, but the music playing was more contemporary, which felt out of place alongside the posters of iconic rock stars from the past. Despite that, the overall atmosphere was quite friendly.

The service was quick and reasonably friendly, making this a very enjoyable dining experience.

When we got there, there were probably 12 people in line in fro... read more Did anyone who ate at Shake Shack yesterday get food poisoning? The kitchen seemed l poorly run. When we got there, there were probably 12 people in line in front of us, but it still took well over 20 minutes to get our food and when we finally got the food, it was cold, almost like it had been sitting out for a long time. The whipped cream on the milk shakes was completely flat and sitting on top of the shake, again, like it had been sitting out for a while. One of the girls I was with who ate with us, has been vomiting and had diarrhea shortly after eating there… And with the entire experience (long waits and food that clearly wasn’t freshly off the grill) it makes me wonder how closely they’re following food safety guidelines.
