Saigon Streets, located inside the Uwajimaya Seattle store, serves delicious and authentic Vietnamese street food. The pho is exceptional, with a light and flavorful broth, perfectly cooked beef, and generous portions for the price. The staff, particularly Paula, is friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive dining experience. Make sure to stop by this local gem after finishing up your shopping at Uwajimaya!
