Our experience was terrible. the waiter was so inexperienced. 1/3 of our food came after 20 minutes, another 1/3 came 25 minutes later, then the last 1/3 came 15 minutes later. the waiter accused the kitchen, but did not check us 20 minutes after the first 1/3. would never go back. I know why.

Well, this location is right across from the theatre for the play we went and saw. The service is always spotty. Or server the other night was a bit aloof, but managed to get the order in and got drinks to us in a timely manner. You need to not plan on getting in and getting out quick here...we allowed 2+ hours and weren't rushed, but didn't have alot of time to waste either. It's the closest place for the theatre and is really why we choose it. Overall, I'd say just average, but no glaring issues either.

We really love Rock Bottom, so we're very disappointed that it has closed. It's in a fantastic location.

We really enjoyed our meals. The carrot cake is a must-try! We are sorry to hear that they will be closing their doors on the first of the year; we had been looking forward to returning.

Went for a date and found it difficult to have a conversation over the din. Parking was brutal. The food was passable but overpriced. The service was horrid and impossible to get their attention. They shortchanged me in the bill after making us wait almost 20 minutes to take the payment then would not be bothered to come by to discuss. One and only time I will waste my time there.
