However, the other customers were i... read more The staff at this restaurant were fantastic! Despite the fast-paced and busy environment, they handled everything with ease. However, the other customers were incredibly rude, especially towards those who were not from Seattle. We were unaware of the line situation and accidentally got into the wrong line. When we politely asked the gentleman behind us if he would let us take our place in line, he ignored us and continued on. It's disappointing that while we tried to show hospitality, we were met with such rudeness.

The sandwich was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. Despite its lack of fancy decor, it makes up for it with quick and efficient service. The staff is friendly and the rarity of Quiznos locations compared to other fast-food chains makes this one a gem worth visiting.

Not only was my sandwich not made, but he helped every person who was in the sto... read more Ordered online as encouraged to do. When I arrived there were 6 people in line. Not only was my sandwich not made, but he helped every person who was in the store and everyone who walked in after I did, made their sandwiches and had them pay. 7 minutes after my pickup time I told him that I had to get back to work and couldn’t wait can he cancel the order. He said it would just be one minute, but he continue to cash out other people. I had already paid, getting me out would have been faster than helping everyone else first. I get that he was alone, but that is clearly an issue with this store not staffing properly. I had no choice but to leave to get back to work on time, but he wouldn’t cancel the order. If you can’t fill online orders, don’t accept them. The email said to call to cancel or change, but since he’s working alone he can’t answer the phone. Won’t be going back.
